What does an ordinary workday look like for you?
A normal day for me involves managing internal teams to ensure the workload is manageable and we are going to meet all of our deadlines.
I’m also always interviewing for potential hires as well as taking on sales calls with prospects my sales team has pre qualified.
I’m also involved with some accounts helping with Amazon marketing services.
What are some of your favorite marketing tools or resources?
I love Helium 10. It is the best most expansive tool for Amazon research. We use it at almost every phase of research from monitoring competitors, the buy box and general research to actually doing keyword research.
I’m also a big fan of What Did Amazon Do This Week newsletter. Great content for Amazon sellers as it keeps me updated on news and events that may effect my clients.
What is the best piece of marketing advice you’ve ever received?
I’m a big fan of Alistair Croll author of Lean Analytics.
The concepts covered in his book have completely changed how I look at marketing. Metrics that matter and understanding the difference between vanity metrics vs actionable metrics.
